Countless adventures await you inStarfieldas you travel around the multitudes of planets, moons, and more. You’ll land on some planets with scorching heat, some with frozen wastelands, and some that are just barren rock.
ForHalofans, however, you may find a planet to touch down on that immediately strikes a chord. If you know where to find it, you can find this planetary easter egg for Halo Reach in Starfield.

Starfield’s Halo Reach Planet
This all goes down on a little planet calledEridani II, which isthe second planet orbiting the starlocated in theEridani System. There are nine total planetary bodies in the version of this system in Starfield, with multiple moons in orbit with many planets.
Knowledgeable Halo fans will recall thatthe Reach was the name of the second planet in the Epsilon Eridani system. It served as a focal point forthe United Nations Space Command and its military forces.

Whilethe two aren’t exactly one-to-one matches, this could be Bethesda’s little nod to one of Xbox’s flagship series. Some environments may bring to mind certain areas found in Halo Reach.
In Starfield,Eridani II is a temperate planet with breathable air, sprawling forests and mountains. It’s a planet that can support human life, as it is even one of the few planets in the game whereyou can walk around without your space suit.

How To Get To Eridani II
you may reach Eridani II pretty early on in the game, as it’snot too far from the Sol Systemand Alpha Centauri. The Eridani System islocated in the bottom left corner of your star map. You can grav jump directly to this system from a few of the starting systems.
With its life-sustaining atmosphere, lush environments, and abundance of resources,Eridani II might be a great place for Halo fans tobuild an outpostor settlement.Thankfully, you won’t have to worry about the planet being glassed in Starfield. Well…hopefully.
