The biggest change to Ultimate Team inEA Sports FC 24is the Evolution cards. The premise is simple: you pop in a card that meets the requirements (say, a striker with no more than 91 pace), and you’ll be given objectives to complete in order to upgrade them.

It’s an evolution (pun very much intended) of the previous game’s Level Up cards, except at the start of the game, they’re not giving away 97-rated Kevin De Bruynes. To help you out, we’ve broken down what Founder Evolution is and which are the best strikers we recommend.
Founder Evolution, Explained
One bonus to early adopters of EA Sports FC 24 is being classed as anEA FC Founder. You get a couple of bonus packs, kits, and objectives if you buy the game before Jun 08, 2025. One such bonus is the Founders Evolution, which allows you toupgrade a striker of your choosing. However, picking the best striker for the Founders Evolution is difficult.
There are a few caveats to the system. The striker must havea maximum overall rating of 83,no more than 91 Pace, 83 Dribbling, and 85 Physical. They must be aRare Gold card, too, but that much was assumed. However, they will get improved stats once you’ve completed their associated objectives.
Your chosen player will receive+3 in their Pace, Shooting, Dribbling, and Physical attributes, plus aone-point buff to their Weak Foot and +2 to their overall rating. As such, your striker needs to be a fast hotshot to make the most of the upgrade.
How To Upgrade The Founders Evolution
Founders Evolution has two stages of objectives, but you basically need to win six matches using your player. It’s as simple as thePacey Protector Evolution, with onlyRelentless Wingerbeing slightly more difficult. Make sure your striker is set as your active Evolution, and jump into some games to level them up.

Best Strikers For Founders Evolution
Here are the best players to use in the Founders Evolution based on the above criteria.
Darwin Núnez
Liverpool’s agent of chaos is the perfect player to upgrade with the Founders Evolution. He’s gotplenty of Pace, agood Shooting stat, and justcreeps under the Dribbling limit too. His stats will benefit from the buffs that evolving grants.
Obviously, you’ll want to be min-maxing with Evolution cards, rather than creating an all-round player. Nunez’ stats scale perfectly with this objective, and he’ll bea great early-game striker.
Timo Werner
Again, we’re looking for fast strikers with good shooting stat, andTimo Werner fits the bill. Bundesliga players also tend to be cheaper than their Premier League counterparts, so look here if you’re short on coins.
Wener will also greatlybenefit from the Weak Foot buffthat comes with evolving his card, which will grant him 5* in the attribute and make him a formidable 4*/5* speedster.
These two players would be our picks for the Founders Evolution, but do take a look at the likes of Lucía García Córdoba and Real Madrid’s Naomie Feller as alternatives.
