Whether you’re a new player looking to build a collection or a veteran wanting to beef up your old decks, Lorcana: Rise of the Floodborne has plenty of cool stuff to offer. Let’s take a dive into the second expansion for the rising trading card game with everything releasing.
If you’re looking to pick up Disney Lorcana: Rise of the Floodborn from Amazon, the online retailer will be rolling out avirtual queueopening up at 9 am PST on June 19, 2025.
Joining the virtual queue requires you to head to the product page for Lorcana and enter the lottery system. Once there, you will receive an email invitation, giving you 72 hours to confirm which products you want to purchase.
Unfortunately, this queue is only available to players in the U.S. That said, the queue will be open for several days, though Amazon has not stated exactly how long that is going to be. Players will be able to pre-order both Starter Decks and Booster Display Boxes this way, with a limit of two for each product.

For players wanting to quickly build a collection, you’re able to’t go wrong with the Rise of the Floodborn Booser Pack display box. There’s 24 packs inside, each with 12 cards each, giving you a huge collection to design your decks from.
For collectors looking to pick up the most cards at once or for players wanting to hunt for singles for their decks, the booster box is the way to go. Boxes of Rise of the Floodborn come with 24 packs, each one with twelve cards inside, for a total of 288 cards per box. Booster packs are great to open with friends or to show off on video, giving you a ton of chances to have plenty of fun with your collection.
Booster Boxes are the best way to try and hunt down Enchanted cards, special alternate art versions of cards that are the rarest type of card in the game. The odds of opening an Enchanted card is incredibly low, but opening 24 packs at once does give you a tiny boost in your odds.

If you’re not as interested in cracking packs and want to display and store your cards, you’re definitely going to want to check out the Illumineer’s Trove. These bundles include a bunch of cool accessories and a fancy storage box to keep all your cards in. Starter Decks
Combining Amber and Sapphire Ink together in one preconstructed deck, this Rise of the Floodborn deck is designed around cards like Gaston, Intellectual Powerhouse and Judy Hopps, Optimistic Officer to win games.
Perfect for players just getting started or for those looking to get a start with their deck building strategies, the Disney Lorcana Rise of the Floodborn starter decks each come with a unique and complete deck you can play right out of the box. These 60 card preconstructed decks also include a booster pack to potentially give your deck a boost thanks to the cards inside. Both decks include cards from the previous set, The First Chapter, but are mostly designed around new cards.
The Tactical Teamwork deck is a Sapphire and Amber deck, focusing on the two special cards included in the deck, a foil Gaston, Intellectual Powerhouse and The Queen, Commanding Presence.
