When it comes to the Liyue region — a land renowned for its breathtaking mountain ranges and profound cultural heritage — finding these Shrines brings a new unique set of challenges and complexities to navigate. Here, we’ll cover each one of them so that you can unlock each of these treasure-filled monuments with ease.
Where Are The Liyue Shrine Of Depths Keys?
The challenge in navigating these Shrines of Depths begins even prior to finding their locations — for many Travelers, simply securing the keys that unlock these Shrines can be a difficult task in of itself.There are ten keys to find in Liyue, here’s how to acquire them all:
How To Use Shrine Of Depths Keys
Using a Shrine of Depths key is simple. After locating a Shrine of Depths that aligns with the specific key you possess, simply interact with the Shrine once you’re standing in front of it, and then press ‘Confirm’. This will unlock the Shrine, and grant access to the Luxurious Chest within.
Each Shrine willreward the player with the following:
Be aware thateach Shrine is a unique, one-time resource;once it is opened with a key,the chest will not respawn.
Each region will have its own respective key, differentiated by colors. Cyan for Mondstadt, yellow for Liyue, purple for Inazuma, lime green for Sumeru and dark blue for Fontaine.

Shrine Of Depths 1
First on the list: Head to the Waypoint justnortheast of Nantianmen.As soon as you’re there,make a beeline southwest, descending the mountain as you go.Keep your eyes peeled; you won’t have to go far before the shrine comes into view. Make your descent and you’ll have successfully reached the first stop on our Shrine of Depths tour in Liyue.
Shrine Of Depths 2
Start this second search at the Mingyun Village Waypoint below Sal Terrae.From there, head northeast towards aquiet secluded pondwhere you’ll find the second Shrine of Depth.
Shrine Of Depths 3
Teleport to the Domain of Guyun and traverse southwest, making your way past the island with the four sleeping Ruin Guards. Prepare for a watery obstacle;you’ll need a Cryo character to freeze part of the water for you to cross, then swim the remaining distance to reach the third Shrine of Depth.
Shrine Of Depths 4
Teleport to the Wuwang Hill Waypoint, southwest of the Hidden Palace of Zhou Formula Domain. Travel north until you reach a cascading waterfall.The fourth Shrine of Depths is just beside it, guarded by Hydro Slimes.
Shrine Of Depths 5
Start at the Clear Pool and Mountain CavernArtifact Domain, then head southeast through rocky terrain. If you’re having trouble finding the shrine, look out for Treasure Hoarders — they’ll be closely guarding the fifth Shrine of Depth.
Shrine Of Depths 6
Begin at the Domain of the Wayward Pathand venture south until you reach a tucked-away pond. From this point, make your way into a cave. Prepare for an encounter; the shrine awaits you there, zealouslyprotected by a Cryo Abyss Mage.
Shrine Of Depths 7
Head to the Ridge Watch Artifacts Domain, situated to the northwest of Dragonspine. From there,set your sights westward — you’re in for a long sprint.Your reward? The seventh Shrine of Depth.
Shrine Of Depths 8
Teleport to the Bishui Plain Waypoint, northeast of Mt. Aocang, andstart walking south. Ascend a small hill where the eighth Shrine of Depths eagerly awaits.
Shrine Of Depths 9
Teleport to the Waypoint situated northwest of the Dunyu Ruins.Circle east around the mountain, where you’ll stumble upon the ninth Shrine of Depth.
Shrine Of Depths 10
For the last leg of this journey,teleport to the Waypoint northeastofQingyun Peak’s Statue of Seven.Follow a natural dirt path northwest to its very end, and there you will find the final shrine on our journey.
Upon securing the last shrine, consider fast-traveling to Qingyun Peak, where anintriguing puzzlecould potentially await your discovery.
