The jovial atmosphere quickly gets interrupted, however, leaving you to play the world’s worst game of hide-and-seek with Dribbles the clown, who has been scattered across the city in chunks. If you’re looking for a hand in completing thislongscavenger hunt, this guide will help you piece together the mystery of Dribbles' fate.
Find Dribbles The Clown: Quest Location
Though you’re able to start collecting parts of Dribble at any time, you’ll need to do a few things to actually receive the quest.
Firstly, you’ll need to head over toDribbles' clown show (X:-42, Y:-36)andwatch the performance. Regardless of whom you volunteer onto the stage, “Dribbles” will reveal that he is actually a doppelganger in service of the Absolute, and will attack you.

After killing him and the other undercover carnies, you’ll want to go talk toLucretious (X:-76, Y:-34), the ringmaster and owner of the carnival. Lucretious will lament the death of Dribbles, butask you to retrieve him(or his body parts, if you’ve already found a piece or two) for a necromantic revival.
Dribbles' murder is also the subject of the “Investigate The Murders” quest, which starts withthe Open Hand Temple. ensure tograb them bothto avoid having to backtrack!

The Clown’s Severed Hand
You can start your collection of clown parts almost immediately after talking to Lucretious. Drop byPopper’s nearby stall(X:-90, Y:-55) and findDribble’s severed handsitting on a plate.
A party member with high stealthcould sneak in and grab it. Taking it in broad daylight will trigger a conversation with Popper, however, where you can eitherintimidate or persuade him(DC 15) to give you the hand for free.

The Clown’s Severed Pelvis
The next piece of the puzzle can be found deeper into the city. Go to theBasilisk Gate waypoint(X:-135, Y:-38), then headnortheast down an alleyto finda pair of locked double doors.
Succeed on aDC 15 Lockpicking checkto reveal a gristly scene, where you can findDribble’s pelvisinsidethe body of Gohumberry Tresp.

The Clown’s Severed Arm
Next, head to asmall, barricaded houseeast of theSorcerous Sundries store (X:32, Y:-98). You can get here by headingdirectly east of the Lower City Central Wall waypoint (X:-52, Y:-53).
Remember to check the mailbox outside this house tograb a Soul Coin!

Break the barricade to get inside, thenmove the Traveler’s Chestin the corner toreveal a hidden hatch, which you’ll need tolockpick (DC 15)to get into.
Go through the hatch and find another gristly murder, where you’ll be able to findDribble’s arm inside the bodyin the middle of the room.

The Clown’s Severed Leg
Return to theLower City Central Wall waypoint (X:-52, Y:-53)and head west this time to findLavernica’s Home (X: -77, Y:-69).
Lockpickthe door (DC 15),grab the key out of the cupboardtoopen the hatchin the corner of the room to behold your fifth horrific crime scene of the day.

Navigate past the bodies andgrab Dribble’s legfrom the body in the middle of the ritual circle.
The Clown’s Severed Foot
Dribble’s foot can be found inRainforest’s Home (X:-93, Y:-108), to the southwest ofLavernica’s Home (X:-77, Y:-69)from the previous section.
Once again, find the hatchand make your way down to find another macabre sight, anda body partin the corpse on the right.

Take note that this room is, unlike the previous ones, trapped with tripwires. Make sure to jump over the wire in front of the ladder, as well as in the doorway to the left.
The Clown’s Severed Torso
The next two of Dribble’s body parts are more difficult to obtain than the rest.
The torso can be foundin a cave under Wyrm’s Crossing. There are two ways to access this cave:

Open Hand Temple Kitchen Hatch
Headto the northwest corner of the Open Hand Temple, past a door into theKitchen. Go through theOrnate Wooden Hatchto the west of the room, then progress intoan altar room.
Walk close to theHeraldic Signson thenorth and south endsof the room, at which point your character will make aPerception checktofind buttonshidden behind each one. This will open ahidden door in the eastern wall, between the two statues.

Follow theblood trails northeastto fight a fewdoppelgangers. Walk down to thepile of bodies at (X:66, Y:-1026)and look in the corpse of Penela Lumpensicks to grab Dribbles' torso.
TheKitchen Hatchis theeasier wayof the two, though it is gated behindtwo successful Perception checks. If your whole party fails both of these checks, then you can use thealternative methodbelow to reclaim theClown’s Severed Torso.
North Shore Cave Entrance
If you weren’t able to perceive both buttons under the Open Hand Temple Kitchen, you may also choose to, instead, head over tothe Well across the Open Hand Temple, and climb down into the caverns below.
Once you’ve gotten down, make your waytowards the southeastof the cave byjumping from rock to rock—lower-strength characters may need to use a potion or spell to help them out.
At the exit of the cave, use a ranged attack or spell toshoot the Winchin order to force it to turn andopen the sealed entrance.
Make your way downtowards the northern shore, andwalk westalong it until you find theCave Mouth (X:0, Y:79)under the bridge.
Depending on yourstatus with the Flaming Fist, it is possible to walk directly to thisCave Mouth; though if you’ve made an enemy of Gortash and the Absolute, that may be risky.
Once you’ve entered theCave Mouth, head southandclimb up the Cragged Rocksto thepile of bodies at (X:66, Y:-1026).Look in thecorpse of Penela Lumpensicksto grabDribbles' torso.
The Clown’s Severed Head
You’ll end up passing by this last piece of Dribbles while doing the main storyline—in theUndercity Ruins, on your way to take down Orin the Red.
Though, if you’re not quite ready to tussle with the Chosen of the Absolute quite yet but still want to piece poor Dribbles back together, here’s a step-by-step guide for reaching this locationregardless of your main story quest progress.
Depending on your status withOrin and the Bhaal cultists, you may be attacked by some Reapers of Bhaal along the way—due to their invisibility and Aura of Murder, these assassins make forbrutal skirmishesthat you’ll need to make sure your party is ready for.
You’ll first want to find themanhole cover (X:-160, Y:-63)south of Bloomridge Park. Climb down into the manhole, and make your way north towards the Undercity Ruins(X:-140, Y:936).
If you haven’t already had the shape-shifting encounter withOrin the Red at your camp, this will trigger your first meeting with her.
Once you find yourself in front of thelocked door beside the waypoint, you’ll need to either present it with theAmulet of Bhaalfrom the Murder Tribunal quest, orshoot the bodies hanging above the ritual markings. This will cause blood to drain down onto the markings, which will open the door.
Walkacross a huge chasmover some fallen pillars, thencontinue northand open theMetal Door on your right. Follow thecliffside stairsuntil you get to the scene of a massacre, and pick upDribbles' head from the body of Wilting Alex.
