Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Libertyadds several things to the game. One of those things is an extra branch on the skill tree. These are skills that can make the relic in your head more useful. After all, in the base game, all it gives you is a rockstar to talk to who has the face of Keanu Reeves. Now, the thing can actually make V better.

Naturally, though, you may’t get all the skills immediately. First, you must acquire upgrade points, as this is a video game. Six of those points are given to you during missions, meaning you get them automatically. For the others, you need to head to specific terminals on the map. And you can find them in the following locations.

Relic Upgrade Location One

This relic upgrade is inthe EBM Petrochem Stadium, which is a place you visit very early in the game. You can use fast travel to get back inside.

Inside, you will find a marketplace. Headto the north-most end of it.

Look forthe statues of football playerswith a few machines in front of them. The relic terminal is inan area behind them.

Relic Upgrade Location Two

You can find a relic upgrade terminal justnorth of the Heavy Hearts Clubpyramid.

It’s a part of the dilapidated building. So, head into the constructionarea to the right and go up the stairs.

From there,follow the path aroundto find the terminal on the wall.

Relic Upgrade Location Three

The third upgrade terminal isacross the road from the Heavy Hearts Club pyramid to the southwest. Above that road is a bridge that you get atop.

From there, look to the southwest to seea tall, partially destroyed building. It will say “Hotel” and “Casino” on it.

Climb to the most destroyed partusing the crane. Once you reach the top, you will notice the terminalnext to a set of stairs.

Relic Upgrade Location Four

This is one of the most annoying upgrade terminals to get because it’s inthe middle of a gang hideout.

The hideout is part ofthe Luxor Wellness Spa.To reach it, don’t go to the main entrance. Instead,enter the building on the southwest side.

Once inside, you will have plenty of enemies to deal with.

The terminal is inthe room that contains what seems to be an old swimming pool.

On the left side of the pool, you will find a turret and, a bit further down,a pillar with the terminal on it.

Relic Upgrade Location Five

You may notice this one while playing the Lucretia My Reflection quest because it’snear where you get in the car with Reed.

Once there, you will see itbehind a little fence.

Relic Upgrade Location Six

This one is insidea parking structurethat is clearly no longer in use,southwest of your hideout.

Approach it from the north andhead up the ramp into the structure.Once you do, you will see plenty of stalls and things of that nature.

The terminal will beon the wall to your left.

Relic Upgrade Location Seven

You can find this relic on thesouthwest side of the Dogtown map.It’s inside a large building thathas a screen that says “Massdriver”.

It’s also thehome to a gang hideout, which may cause you some issues.

The terminal ison the top floor, on the western side. It’s in a long room filled with ammo and supplies. To be more specific, it’s sittingbetween two broken windows.

Relic Upgrade Location Eight

It isn’t too hard to find this one, as it’s rightnext to your hideout building.

So, drop down tothe area below the entrance to your hideoutand head towards the fast travel point.

The upgrade terminal isright next to it.

Relic Upgrade Location Nine

For this one, you must drop down intothe area to the west of your Dogtown hideout.

Down here, you will find a gang hideout. So, prepare for some action.

Go deeper into the hideout anddown the tunnel.You will end up in a large room witha smaller control room inside it.

The terminal isinside the control room. If you have enough technical ability, you may open the door.

If you don’t, head downstairs in that room andfind the exit hatch. It’s next to the large pipes, just below the office.

Open it up togain access to a crawl space.Make your way through that space to the ladder. Climb the ladder to reach the office where the terminal is waiting.
