Snow globes. How do they appear beside each of Earth’s last marks of civilization? Who knows? What we do know is that you’ll want to collect them all, including the Burj Khalifa snow globe. And yes, we just so happen to know how you’re able to do that.
Find The Siren Of The Stars
To obtain the coordinates for theDubai landmark, you’ll need a book called’Race to the Heavens'. And while there may be further copies of the book in nooks and crannies of the galaxy we’ve not yet uncovered, it is presently believed thatthe only available copy is aboard a luxury liner called Siren of the Stars.
How exactly do we find this ship? Bymaking it partway through the Crimson Fleet questline. We’re building our repository of Crimson Fleet quest guides, but for some quick information on how to join up,look no further.During this mission, you’ll be searching for evidence against an aptly-named jerk named Larry Dumbrosky. Eventually, you will be able to enter Dumbrosky’s VIP room.

If you take an alternate path through this quest, and you never do gain access to Dumbrosky’s room, worry not; you can pick the lock on his door before leaving.
Search it thoroughly for a copy of ‘Race to the Heavens’, because after the quest is finished, it seemsthe Siren of the Stars relocates from Aranae, and we’re not quite sure if it’s ever accessible again.

Behold Dubai
Reading’Race to the Heavens’will immediatelyunlock access to the Dubai landmark on Earth, so set a course for the Sol System, and land there. You’ll be deposited in one of the many sand-blasted areas of total Earthian destruction in Starfield.
Here, you’ll see theBurj Khalifa, which remains in relatively excellent shape despite what’s happened to humanity’s homeworld. With the activity for visiting Dubai active in your mission list, follow the scanner’s blue marker to the precise location of the snow globe, and presto - it’s all yours.
