Aranae and Olympus Starfield

Where Is The Almagest In Starfield?

The Almagest is located in theOlympus Star System, whichshares coordinates with the Aranae Star System. You’ll likely be able to get there in a single grav jump from the Alpha Centauri System, but if we’re mistaken, justjump to a nearby world first. To see which star has Aranae and Olympus, hover over the one that’s a fair bit ‘east’ and just ‘south’ from Alpha Centauri.

If you’re coming from Alpha Centauri, you should find a link between systemsthat’ll take you there.

Remember to choose Olympus, rather than Aranae. Aranae is listed on top, so the game will default to that otherwise.

The Almagest Jackpot Combination

Be ready for an intense - but very fun! - firefight here. The gravity has been disabled aboard the ship, and it’s filled with spacerswho will be more than happy to put a few bullets through you if you rush in blindly. Instead, take your time, going from each hall to the next, andwhen you reach the more open areas, search for cover around the perimeters.

Pick off the spacers one by one until you’re done. The Almagest safe is on the left side of the ship, though if you’ve gotten disoriented from all that zero-g battling, just check both sides. What you’re actually looking for, however, isa metal duct you can traverse to reach a terminal. Be sure to grab the contraband here if you’d like.

Once you spotthe computer terminal, enter the following digits in this order: 12, then 19, then 36, and finally 5. You’ll get around 3700 credits for your effort. Not exactly enough for an all-expenses paid trip to Paradiso, but hey, it adds up.
