If you choose theDream Home trait, you’ll start the game with yourDream Home on Nesoi. You’ll need tofly out to the Olympus Systemto reach it.
Headup the hill from where you land, and you’ll find your ownexpansive home sitting on a hill. When you walk up andinteract with the door, you won’t be given access.
It seems likeyou haven’t paid the mortgagein a while, and you’llneed to make a paymentbefore entering.
How To Pay The Mortgage
If youarrive at your homebefore speaking to Landry Hollifeld, you’ll be prompted topay 500 credits for one week’s accessto the houseunless the next payment is madeor themortgage is paid in full. You can alsospeak to Landry Hollifeldto make the payment directly.
There are no penalties for not paying (other than not being able to enter your dream home). Take the time you need to save money and adventure before attempting to pay back what you owe.
Considering themortgage is 125,000 Credits, it’s no small fee, but you canpay it off in smaller partsuntil you have enough for the whole mortgage. You only have topay when you want accessto the house. Although you’ll need to pay the whole balance at once in order to pay off the loan if you speak to Landry Hollifeld.
On the kitchen counter, you’ll find two slates: onefor the mortgageandone for foreclosure. Yourpayments are interest only, and theloan is indefiniteuntil paid in full. You can alsoforeclose at any timewith no repercussions.
How To Decorate Your Home
Theinside of your home is luxuriousand spacious, butalso quite empty. You’ll need todecorate it yourselfif you’re going to make it feel like home.
With two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a loft, a kitchen, and ample living room space, you’ll be able tocustomize to your heart’s content.
Any companions you bring to your home can interact with furniture and stations.

How To Get Rid Of The House

Before foreclosing on the house, be sure toremove any and all furnishings and decorationsfrom the Dream Home. Anything left behind becomes the property of GalBank and you won’t see it again.
Foreclosing on the housewipes away the debtwithout any consequences. You’ll befree of the home and the paymentstied to it. Feel free tofind another home in Starfieldthat better suits your liking.
