There are over 100 side quests available to complete inDiablo 4, along with a number of hidden side quests that only the most eagle-eyed players will be able to find. These secret quests often involve hidden starting points that don’t appear on your map until you’ve completed a certain objective.

One of these secret side quests is The Way of the Three, which involves activating three statues of the Prime Evils hidden throughout Kehjistan. Below, we’ll take a look at where to find these statues to start the quest, and how to complete The Way of the Three.
How To Start The Way Of The Three Quest
The Way of the Three side quest is found inKehjistan, in theGates to Hell areanear theImperial Library Waypoint. However, before the quest will actually appear here, you need tofind and activate three statues to the Prime Evils, Mephisto, Diablo, and Baal.
Each shrine is activated by standing in front of it andusing the “Cheer” emotefrom your emote wheel. You can tell when the statue is activated by theflamesthat appear. The location of each statue is detailed below.
Mephisto Statue Location
Mephisto’s statue is the hardest of the three to spot, because it ishalf-buried under rubble. This statue is located to thenorthwest of the Denshar Waypointin the KehjistanFields of Ruin.
Diablo Statue Location
Diablo’s statue is found in theShrine of Terror areaof Kehjistan’sSouthern Expanse, to thenortheast of Gea Kul.
Baal Statue Location
Baal’s statue is found in theAltar of Ruin Stronghold, at thetop of the areajust before theSepulcher of the Forsworn Dungeon. You’ll have toclear out this Stronghold firstif you haven’t yet.
The Way Of The Three Quest Walkthrough
After you’ve activated all three Prime Evil statues, head back to theUnknown Altarin theGates to Helland interact with it to energize it. Doing this will open aMysterious Gateway, and the Way of the Three quest will automatically begin.
Go inside the Gateway and interact with theHigh Priest Corpse, found shortly after entering the area. This will cause the High Priest’s spirit to appear. Talk to her, then head a short distance to the east, to theCommuning Pillar.
After stepping near the Pillar,waves of Demons will spawn. Kill each wave until they are gone, thendestroy the Pillar. Once the Communing Pillar is destroyed, the quest will be complete. For your trouble, you’ll get some experience, gold, 20 Kehjistan Renown, and the Hellfire Hauberk item.
