Merchants play a vital role in Soulslike games, includingLies Of P. They sell useful objects to aid your journey, such as weapons, items, consumables, and more. Chances are, you may have already encountered a few merchants in the game world, often located near a Stargazer to make reaching them much easier.

In Lies Of P, you’ll encounter various Wandering Merchants throughout the game, from the very beginning to the final chapter. If you’re curious about locating all of them and making the most of their unique items, we’ve got you covered.
Wandering Merchant #1
The first merchant you’ll encounter is unmissable. When you reachCarasani Alley,you’ll find this merchant standing beside the Stargazer.
From here, you can engage in your first boss battlewith Parade Master.
This merchant sellsall the starting weaponsand a few other items. So If you’ve selected a starting weapon you don’t like,you’ll have the opportunity to purchase a different one.

300 Ergo
Wandering Merchant #2
The second Wandering Merchant is not far from here. Once you’ve defeated Parade Master,you’ll arrive at Elysion Boulevard.
Continue your journey normally until you reachInside the House on Elysion Boulevard Stargazer. You’ll find the merchantin the room on the left side of the Stargazer.
This merchant sellsvarious items, including a weapon, and you can find a list of their inventory in the table below.
1200 Ergo
Alidoro
Alidoroplays an important role in the game, serving as an NPC and merchant whoallows you to trade Rare Ergos obtained from bosses for special items. He can be located in theSt. Frangelico Cathedral Library after using the elevator to reach the rooftop.

Alidoro’s inventory includesweapons and amulets related to the boss Ergo you possess, and his stockupdates each time you acquire a new Rare Ergo.
It’s worth noting that you’ll have the optionto choose either the special weapon or the amulet, depending on the Rare Ergo you have from the boss.

Burnt-White King’s Ergo
When you first encounter Alidoro, you canchoose to send him to Hotel Krat, where he’ll be locatedon the left side of the ground floor. However, he will eventuallyrelocate to the Barren Swamp after defeating Champion Victor. Then, following the incident at the Hotel, he’llrelocate to the Relic of Trismegistus.
Malum District Black Market Trader
As the name implies, you’ll encounter this merchant inMalum District,specifically when you arrive at the Red Lobster Inn. To find him,head to the upper floor using a ladder hidden behind some barrels.
Unlike other merchants whose inventory is readily available, you’ll need tochoose one of several methods to gain access to this one.
You can do so by eitherfinding the Smiling Bunny Mark, bribing him, or defeating the Eldest of the Black Rabbit Brotherhood.

Unlocking this merchant’s inventory may require some effort, butit’s definitely worthwhilebecause he offersa wider selection of items compared to the others.

Wandering Merchant #3
The third Wandering Merchant can be located inLorenzini Arcade, and it takes a bit of an adventure to locate him.
If you’re on the path toobtain wine for the Old Lady at the Window, you’ll eventually reacha fountain with an item called the Arcade Underground Passage Key. The merchant can be found nearby,standing close to this fountain.
On the opposite side of the fountain, you’ll finda shortcut that provides direct access to the Stargazer, simplifying your journey to reach the merchant.
This merchant offers a handful of items, all of which are detailed in the table below.

You can find this merchantat Krat Central Station, but first, you need to progress until you reach theAbandoned Apartment Stargazer.
From this Stargazer,take the stairs upand you’ll find himin the next room to your left.
He offers a variety of items for sale, and here is his complete inventory.
2,200 Ergo
Test Subject 826
This is the last merchant you’ll encounter, and you’ll find himtowards the end of the game; Arche Abbey.
When you initially meet him near theArche Abbey Outer Wall Stargazer, Test Subject 826 won’t serve as a merchant. You must first continue your journey anddefeat Laxasia the Complete.
Once you’ve accomplished this, Test Subject 826 willrelocate to Rosa Isabelle Street.
To access Test Subject 826’s shop, you mustunlock the front doors of the Arche Abbey. Once these doors are open, you canlocate him on the bridge overlooking the street where you battled the Mad Clown Puppet, just before reaching the Opera House.
