One of the most important aspects ofEndless Dungeonis managing your resources properly. While you’re down in the dungeons, you can get both the permanent resources like Scrap or Cells and the temporary resources like Food, Science, Industry, and Dust. You’ll only be able to take the permanent resources back up to the Saloon.
you’re able to use resources like Scrap and Cells to get various upgrades for your characters, weapons, and the overall game. This will help you get to the lower floors and eventually beat the game. However, Cells are much harder to come across than Scrap.
How To Find Cells
There are two main ways to get Cells in Endless Dungeon, and both of them will give you a good amount as long as you pay attention to them. The best and the most regular way to get Cells in the game is byopening various chests that you can randomly find while opening different doorsduring your run.
These chests can belocated in any type of room including the one with wave spawner. You have a high chance of getting one Cell whenever you open these chests,with a low chance of getting a random weapon as well. However, sometimes you can also just get a bunch of Science, Food, or Industry.
Keep your eyes on the mini-map tolocate any new chestrevealed whenever you open a door.
The second way to get Cells is by finishing various character quests during your runs. Whenever you unlock a new character, they’ll give you up to four quests.Completing these quests will give you Cells and a Chip Slot for the character. You can only do quests for the characters in your party during a run.
How To Use Cells
To use Cells, you’ll have to head over to theCrystal & Heroes or the Weapons section of the Workshop. The former will list upgrades for your Crystal Bot and unlocked heroes while the latter shows updates for your unlocked weapons. Weapons can only be unlocked when you encounter them down in the dungeons for the first time.
Keep in mind that you’ll still have toget lucky enough to get the upgraded weaponsagain in the dungeons.
Ideally, you’d want to focus thefirst few Cells to get upgrades for your Crystal Bot and Heroes. These upgrades come in the form of Chips, and you’re able to only equip up to three Chips on your Bot or your Heroes. You wouldn’t want to spend any Cells after you have the three best Chips unlocked for each character.
You can start spending Cells on more Chips once you have a good amount of character and weapon upgrades.
